Much awaiting movie Govindudu andarivadele has been released at last. Mega powerstar Ramcharan teja played lead role and it has been directed by creative directo krishnavamsi. Lets Review how the flick is.
Abhi Ram (Ramcharan) is an NRI who stays with his Father and Sister in London. Abhi loves the culture and the family values. One fine day he comes to know from his father that he has a beautiful family and travels to India. He manages to become a part of the family without revealing his identity and he becomes an important member of his family. The rest of the story is about the mistake done by his father and will Abhi rectify the mistake and fulfill his father’s dream winning his family’s support?
The first half of the film starts with a slower pace and takes some time to reveal the identity of each character. The film picks up once Ramcharan comes to India. The movie goes on a smooth note with some comedy scenes in between and the performances adding scope. On the whole the first half of the movie ends on an OK note.
The second half starts on a positive note and the movie picks up gradually when compared to the first half of the movie. Some of the emotional scenes have been shot well. Once the truth has been revealed, the important and the necessary scenes lacked the required and the expected emotion. Finally the climax of the movie drifts badly which cannot be digested easily. On the whole the impact of second half will make the movie end below the expectations.
Performance and Technical Analysis:
Ramcharan looks stunning and stylish in the film and the first half makes you feel that he performed Abhi character with ease. The real trouble starts in the second half when you need to burst out with your eyes and expressions and not with words. Charan has failed badly in this aspect and he need to take this seriously and work out on his expressions. Kajal Agarwal has been beautiful, glamorous and performed well in the romantic frames. Prakash Raj has been excellent as an actor and his performance and character in this movie will be remembered. Srikanth stuns everyone with his performance and comedy. Jayasudha, Kota, and the whole team have done justice for their jobs.
The story line of the film has been thin bounded with family emotions which will remind us of Krishna Vamsi’s previous family flicks. Screenplay and diolagues are just OK. The photography added colour for the film which has been needed much. The music of the film is the major drawback and so is the background score of the film. The production values have been good and the editing has been adequate. Krishna Vamsi has tried to bring back the flavour of a family drama with his style of emotions and relations. He succeeded to some extent but failed to bring back the feel and elevate the emotions.
